Memography is currently in its alpha phase. It is being shown to a few key individuals in the fields of library science and taxonomy. We also hope to get comments from Semantic Web specialists.

The beta phase will look for comments from members of the Information Architecture Institute and from subscribers to a popular Taxonomy Community of Practice. If memography is to succeed, it will be because information architects help their clients to add value to taxonomies. Turning taxonomies into memespaces and tagging content with memelinks greatly increases the return on investment (ROI) on taxonomy development.

Following the beta phase, we will publicize the memography wiki and the memetic web blog.
